OMEL DIVERSIFICACION, S.A.U. was established as a Sociedad Anónima Unipersonal in Spain on April 17, 2007 for an indefinite period of time.
The constitution was made by the Operador del Mercado Ibérico de Energía, Polo Español, S.A. by means of the agreement adopted by its Board of Directors on December 20, 2006 and with the mandatory authorization of the National Energy Commission, granted by agreement of its Board of Directors adopted in a session dated March 6, 2007.
